My Covid Story | Daniella Anderson
Danielle Anderson is the founder of Step & Stone, a coaching and consultancy company located in Nairobi and the co-founder of the Afri-love Connection Club, a membership network for female founders in Kenya. She is passionate about helping business owners make a living doing what they love.
In her latest blog post, she shares what 2020 has looked like so far and how it has impacted her business. Then she gets really honest about how we can reclaim our 2020 goals. It all starts by being kinder to ourselves. Check that out here: https://stepandstone.co.uk/2020-goals/
Here’s what she’s learnt about business during this time:
1. You need to be ready to adapt and think about things from a different perspective.
2. Customers are still spending money. The clearer you can be about what value you offer, and to whom, the easier it will be to attract these customers.
3. Proper financial management eases anxiety. The biggest reason I’m not freaking out right now is because I built my business and my life in a way to weather storms like this.
4. The only way to get closer to where you want to be, is by taking consistent action.
